As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support. Key Responsibilities: ? Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. ? Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for further action. ? Maintain an organized and presentable customer service area. ? Support promotional and seasonal activities to enhance the shopping experience. ? Collaborate with team members to meet store and customer needs. ? Follow store policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to handle multiple customer requests and work in a fast-paced environment. ? Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer service software. ? Capability to lift and move merchandise, up to 25 pounds, if necessary. ? Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Additional Requirements: ? Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
