What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Read and interpret customer and shipping orders from various sources, ensuring accuracy
? Input data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verify consistency across the system
? Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor promptly
? Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and keep the data updated
? Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for a portion of the workday

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
? Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
? Patience for repetitive tasks and attention to detail
? Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
? One to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing
? Demonstrated social perceptiveness and service orientation
