You?ll work with diverse students to overcome communication barriers, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver customized therapy sessions. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to support each student's success.

Responsibilities: ? Evaluate and diagnose issues with speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement customized education plans (IEPs). ? Deliver therapy services, track student progress, and adjust treatment plans as required. ? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs. ? Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning. ? Advocate for students' communication needs, stay informed on the latest practices, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications: ? Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology ? Current Tennessee Teaching Certification ? Tennessee SLP license ? ASHA CCC-SLP Certification ? Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders ? Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus ? Fast/reliable computer & internet connection ? No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Benefits:
? 1099 School Position
? Guaranteed Weekly Hours and pay across direct/indirect hours
? Hourly Rate: $40-$45
