Key Responsibilities
? Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts.
? Ensure the accuracy of client profile information.
? Process online bidder approvals effectively.
? Update client information, generate reports, and manage shipping instruction requests.
? Maintain and organize mailing list data entries.
? Handle bidder/show cards and confirm sales tax details from bidder cards.
? Manage client survey responses.
? Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Required Skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
? Exceptional multitasking abilities with a strong emphasis on detail.
? A positive attitude coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry is required.
? Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
? Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
