Key Responsibilities
? Lead and manage a proficient team of technical and administrative staff, ensuring effective management of business, technical, and personnel aspects.
? Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and efficient task execution.
? Evaluate resource requirements and formulate cost estimates for project-related activities.
? Develop and uphold comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely task completion.
? Delegate responsibilities among team members, fostering a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere.
? Monitor progress on tasks and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders to communicate status effectively.
? Review deliverables prior to submission, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
? Engage in clear communication with all management levels, both verbally and in writing.
? Manage network designs and installations, applying established standards and methodologies to optimize network performance.
? Address complex challenges affecting system availability, ensuring prompt resolutions.
? Continuously assess network performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.

Required Skills
? Strong expertise in data management and data analysis.
? Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
? Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
? Specialized experience in project management support for Navy acquisition programs or similar DoD projects is highly advantageous.

Qualifications
? An active Secret security clearance is mandatory.
? A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
? Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
