Title: Remote Sales/Business Development Representative

General: A Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while supporting Business Development Representatives and Management

Responsible To: Regional VP of Sales

Responsibilities and Duties of the Sales/Business Development Representative:
? Assist in advertising and selling company products to create competitive market advantages.
? Conduct cold calls and lead discovery calls to drive sales growth and develop a strong pipeline.
? Manage source sales through email, cold calling, in-person meetings and follow-up communications.
? Work with Contracts and VP of Business Development on pricing and contract negotiations.
? Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
? Enter and maintain contact details, customer information, contracts and log meetings/notes in the CRM.
? Collaborate with Billing and Facility Teams to collect overdue amounts as needed.
? Attend exhibitions, conventions, and other events to support product and service sales.
? Ensure compliance with training and certification requirements.
? Maintain and operate the company vehicle, review repairs and Fleetmatics Data.
? Adhere to company policies and safety/environmental regulations.

This will be a remote position with some travel.

Qualifications for Sales/Business Development Representative
? Business/Marketing degree preferred.
? Minimum of two years experience in sales and/or operations in medical or durable medical equipment preferred.
? Strong organizational skills with knowledge of office records development, maintenance, and control.
? Basic computer skills and proficiency.
? Ability to develop, organize, and coordinate paperwork flow efficiency.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
? In-depth knowledge of products, including their functionalities, advantages and disadvantages.
